Due to the turbulent mixing between agglomeration agent and dust, number of collisions per unit time particles droplets increases with particle size in process chemical agglomeration, efficiency accordingly. Turbulent can promote effect subsequent by strengthening collision agglomerant droplets. The author used cooperate order improve dust removal. from removal efficiency, which greatly electric technologyTurbulent is most intense at inlet box position, best. synergistic has an on efficiency. Compared three curves, it be seen that rapidly increase concentration, curve trend changes obviously. reach 98.36 % highest middle section when wind speed greater than 11.2m/s. Through experiment, coagulation method a good application prospect electrostatic precipitators.
